The Innosoft Customer Relationship Management Web offers the familiar core functions of the Innosoft CRM. The central ticket acquisition can be used e.g. in the Intranet by each employee, and all tickets are transferred to the Innosoft CRM the further processing.
When the user searches for a customer over address, contact partner or machine, he gets search proposals already during the input. During the new creation of a procedure a pre-filling of fields takes place, if an appropriate selection has been made during the customer search. Beyond that the procedure history is accessible, procedure types and procedure status are freely configurable and it can be selected between two urgencies, which are independent from each other. New contacts are created on the user interface, and various long texts (e.g. comment and solution) can be entered.
