The module Innosoft Resource Planning Web offers worldwide and current access to the data of the Innosoft Service Management System at any time. Here the basic functions of the Innosoft Resource Planning are covered in the Internet, i.e. the user has a location-independent overview of the planned assignments, which can be planned for groups as well as for individual resources. The assignments are displayed in a planning chart on the browser-based surface, they can be added online, changed or copied (onto other resources respectively groups) and filtered in the view according to date, groups, subgroups and identification codes.
Coloured highlighting (current day, weekends, public holidays, assignment codes) ensures a clear arrangement, in addition different zoom levels (hours, days, weeks, months) are possible, in order to adapt the view to the individual requirements of the user. The registration is done by the registered users of the Innosoft SMS, but of course separate access authorizations can also be defined.
